We want you to absolutely love your purchases, because all of our items are handmade to order we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items that arrive as described.

 

Please double check all product details, customisation options, and photos before placing your order.  If you have any questions, feel free to reach out before purchasing.

However, if your order arrives damaged in transit or contains a fault or defect, we will make things right.

 

To be eligible for a return or refund in these cases; please provide clear photos of the item and any packaging damage and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

If approved, we will offer a suitable resolution this may include a refund, repair, or replacement. Return postage costs will be refunded upon receipt of the returned item at The Sew Dough Co.
